This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available.

FUNDRAISING:

• Fundraising is MANDATORY.  Each participant will be required to either opt-out with a $50 fundraising payment or opt to participate in our organization's fundraising efforts to regain the $50 back.

REFUND POLICY: 

• If you cancel your child's registration before the first practice, you may receive a refund of all fees paid except for a $75 processing fee.
• Beginning from the first practice on July 22, 2024, 6:00 pm, NO refunds will be issued except in cases of season-ending medical reasons verified by a physician.
• If your child's jersey or uniform has been ordered, the full price of the jersey/uniform will be deducted from any refunds issued by South Fork Panthers.

Refund checks will be processed and issued after September 1st.
